Every purchase of the Franchise Due Diligence Packet is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not what you needed, email support@franchiseinspect.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms, no hoops.

If you also started an optional membership, the first 30 days are included with the bundle. You can cancel anytime online from your membership page or billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges. There is no proration on unused days after you cancel.

Membership charges after the included period are not covered by the 30-day packet guarantee. Cancel before the first renewal if you do not want to continue.

Stripe currently processes FranchiseInspect orders through a shared payment account. Your Stripe authorization notice or receipt may identify that account as Little Words while listing the FranchiseInspect products you selected.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
